Cajun Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo 🍗🥦🍝

For the Alfredo sauce:
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 cups heavy cream
2 cups (8 ounces) Parmesan cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper (to taste)


👨‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Pasta and Broccoli

🔹 Bring 4 quarts of salted water to a boil in a large pot.
🔹 Add the pasta and cook until al dente (about 9 minutes).
🔹 Drain the pasta, but reserve the cooking water. Set pasta aside.
🔹 Return the reserved cooking water to a boil.
🔹 Add broccoli and cook for about 2 minutes, until bright green and tender.
🔹 Immediately plunge the broccoli into a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking. Drain and set aside.
